Registration must be made in advance. To reserve a position, please:
1. Fill out and submit the ITOP Course Registration Form. You will receive an email confirmation.
2. Print a copy of the email confirmation and mail it with the course fee. The course fee is $1,100. Your check should be made out to the Institute for Transit Operations Planning. The mailing address is:

When the course fee is received, you will receive a written course confirmation by email.
The registration is not final until we have received a check for the course fee. The course fee must be received by:
- April 10, 2026 for the May 5-8, 2025 Baltimore course
- May 22, 2026 for the June 9-12, 2026 Las Vegas course
